In 2004, Erica opened “Charisma Skincare,” a laser hair removal and advanced skincare boutique in Boston’s South End. In 2006, Erica and her horse- loving daughter moved to Lenox, Massachusetts for a closer-to-nature lifestyle. In addition to being a licensed esthetician and laser technician, Erica is a massage therapist.

Erica holds a B.A. from Hamilton College (1983), is a graduate of The Catherine Hinds Skincare Institute (1991) and the Massage Institute of New England (1989).
